DENIM ON BLACK SKIRT

I get this denim shirt on LOB and the skirt is from Circus. I wear this shirt with alot of things but this time is something more formal. I wear it with high heels 

You guys have seen this skirt alot of times, is high waisted and It's my favorite, I got alot of skirts but for some reason it's my favorite one.
